Job Summary
Physician Lead combines direct patient care with clinical leadership across Houston centers, supervising clinicians (MDs, ARNPs, PAs) and partnering with operational leaders to drive value-based care, clinician performance, mentorship, hiring, onsite visits, and performance improvement initiatives. Responsible for maintaining patient-first culture, engaging care teams, conducting regular 1:1s and pod meetings, reviewing clinician charts for quality and outcomes, and balancing 50-80% direct patient care with administrative duties. Requires MD/DO, Board Certification in Family/Internal/Geriatric Medicine, and active state licensure; 2+ years of clinical experience; TB screening participation; and ability to lead in a dyad with operations to improve patient care and outcomes.

- Licensure requirements of the state of jurisdiction
