Job Summary
Licensed and Board-Certified Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Pediatric physicians sought to join a multispecialty, provider group in Delaware within a physician-led ACO network. The role emphasizes directing patient care with coordinated team-based and value-conscious outcomes. New graduates and J1 candidates are welcome to apply. Benefits include base salary with incentive opportunity, 401K with company match, CME allowance/paid time off, medical/dental/vision,malpractice coverage, paid holidays, license and prescriptive authority coverage, and flexible spending accounts. Required Qualifications
- Licensed and Board-Certified Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Pediatric Physicians
- Medical license and prescriptive authority
- Ability to work within an ACO network
- Licensure in Delaware or eligible for licensure
