Job Summary
Diagnoses and treats patients in general practice; duties include history taking, examinations, ordering tests, prescribing treatments, immunizations, prenatal care, emergency care, and coordinating with specialists. Supervises nursing/assistive staff; participates in quality improvement, care coordination, and cross-coverage as needed. Requires Kentucky MD license and DEA certification; residency completion strongly preferred; after-hours and weekend call coverage. Focus on team-based primary health care within Grace Health; supports continued professional development and compliance with organizational policies. Required Qualifications
- Medical license or license-eligible in Kentucky
- Doctor of Medicine degree (MD)
- DEA certification (class 2-5)
