Job Summary
Hospitalist physician provides inpatient care in an academic, team-based environment at Banner University Medical Center Phoenix; 15 twelve-hour night shifts per month; collaborate with advanced practice providers; direct teaching and mentorship of residents and medical students; opportunities in quality improvement, patient safety, research, and leadership; academic appointment with the University of Arizona College of Medicine Phoenix; licensure in Arizona required; board certification in Internal Medicine or Hospital Medicine preferred.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine or Hospital Medicine
- Eligible for medical licensure in Arizona
- Commitment to academic medicine and teaching excellence
