Job Summary
Conduct daily patient care for a Level I trauma and transplant center with over 650 beds, managing high-acuity cases across a diverse patient population. Mentor and guide Internal Medicine and Med/Peds residents and medical students from the University of Arizona College of Medicine - Phoenix through hands-on clinical education. Engage in faculty-led research initiatives and explore a potential 0.25 FTE leadership role as Associate Program Director for Quality Improvement, Patient Safety, and Scholarly Activity within the Internal Medicine Residency Program. Serve as a clinician-educator in a collaborative, inclusive culture that values diversity, teamwork, and professional development at this premier teaching hospital.
Required Qualifications
- Board-certified or eligible in Internal Medicine or Hospital Medicine
