Job Summary
Join one of Texas's largest multispecialty groups CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic in Tyler, TX as a BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician. Full-time position, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with an established panel and a team of 30+ physicians and advanced practice clinicians. Practice in a physician-led organization with a faith-based mission, AI-integrated support systems, and Epic EMR in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Clinic features a large lab and imaging suite across from the hospital campus; AI resources to reduce burnout and support work-life balance. Compensation is competitive with a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance, CME allowance, comprehensive malpractice tail coverage, and student loan repayment options up to 125k (25k per year starting after year 1) if eligible. Easy drive to Dallas and opportunities for professional leadership development within a proactive health care system.
