Physician-Infectious Disease

Conduct clinical, programmatic, teaching, quality improvement, and research duties within the growing transplant ID program. Assist with inpatient consultations, outpatient encounters, and patient selection for transplant in committee meetings. Help create care protocols and establish quality improvement projects alongside the DOM quality committee. Design clinical research studies focusing on immunocompromised patients and create a research agenda. Educate students, residents, and fellows annually. No research funding is necessary. This role requires an M.D. or D.O. with at least three years of transplant ID experience, board certification in Infectious Disease and Transplant ID, and Arizona licensure. The position supports Banner University Medical Center's strategic expansion in Phoenix.
