Job Summary
Conduct clinical, programmatic, teaching, quality improvement, and research duties within the growing transplant ID program. Assist with inpatient consultations, outpatient encounters, and patient selection for transplant in committee meetings. Help create standardized care protocols, establish quality improvement projects, and design clinical research studies focusing on immunocompromised patients. Educate students, residents, and fellows annually. Requires M.D. or D.O. degree, board certification in Infectious Disease & Transplant, and at least three years of transplant ID practice experience. No research funding necessary.
Required Qualifications
- M.D. or D.O. degree
- Board certified/eligible - Infectious Disease & Transplant Infectious Disease
- At least 3 years Transplant ID practice experience
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Arizona
