Physician (IM or FM) (All Locations) (All Shifts)

Provide comprehensive medical care across acute, chronic, preventive, curative and rehabilitative settings with emphasis on geriatrics; manage transitions of care, case management, and referrals; oversee nursing staff and may preceptor trainees; ensure timely documentation, adherence to departmental policies, and participate in quality assurance and safety initiatives; contribute to team-based and patient-centered care, care coordination, and population health management; maintain current knowledge in primary care literature with ongoing professional development.
