Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Graduation from a college or university accredited by the American Medical Association with a Doctor of Medicine degree or accredited by the American Osteopathic Association with a doctor of Osteopathy degree.
- Possess a current Educational Council Foreign Medical Graduate (ECFMG) certificate if medical education occurred at a foreign medical school.
- Successful completion of an approved program of residency.
- Active Illinois Physician licensure.
- Current DEA registration.
- Board certification in a specialty area (must be completed within two years of employment).
- Documentation of residency completion in a specialty area from an accredited residency program.
- Physician National Data Bank verification of legal claims history.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with other employees, patients and the general public.
- Knowledge of the principles and practice of medicine and the structure and function of community health centers.
