Job Summary
OB-GYN Hospitalist program launch with 24-hour in-house shifts; responsibilities include OB/GYN triage and surgery, obstetric and gynecologic emergencies, and hospital deliveries (~1,200 births annually) in a Level II NICU with Stanford support and Maternal-Fetal Medicine. Lead development of workflows, culture, and quality initiatives for the new service line; collaborate with community OB/GYNs and nursing teams. Medical Director opportunity with clinical leadership duties and a $25,000 stipend. Benefits include comprehensive health, retirement, and paid leave; relocation allowance potential and sign-on bonus. Regular full-time is defined as 30+ hours per week.
