Physician Hospitalist - Medical Oncology Service

Job Summary
Conduct delivery attendance, evaluate and treat OB ED patients, perform fetal monitoring, assist in surgeries, and provide ED coverage for obstetrics and gynecology patients. Backup midwives and demonstrate comfort with emergent gynecologic surgeries. Requires board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Part-time role at 0.5 FTE with 75 shifts annually, including one in-house physician per 12-hour shift. Private on-site call room provided. Total compensation includes base pay, quality incentives, extra shift pay, and allowances. Comprehensive benefits cover health, vision, dental, and retirement, with relocation eligibility and a sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- board-certified/board-eligible Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospitalist
- Must be comfortable seeing both obstetrics and gynecology patients
- performing emergent gynecologic surgeries
- demonstrate a strong level of experience
- Part-time position at 0.5 FTE
- 75 shifts per year
- ~1 OB/GYN Hospitalist in-house per 12-hour shift
- Private, on-site call room dedicated to the Hospitalist
