Physician - Hospitalist

Conduct 24-hour adult and elderly hospital coverage with 12-hour shifts, including 7 on/7 off blocks, 12-hour APP coverage, and night in-house duties. Respond to codes in an open ICU setting with pulmonologist support, while managing a pediatric population of 15%. Provide care using Meditech EMR without performing procedures. Hold an Indiana license, DEA, and Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Practice, with ACLS, ATLS, and BLS certifications. Submit self-query NPDB and EPA during presentation. Work minimum 7 consecutive shifts and be available for day and night rotations.
