Job Summary
Locum Cardiothoracic Surgeon needed for weekday onsite coverage in Lansing, MI. Responsibilities include adult cardiac surgery and general thoracic surgery such as CABG, heart valve repair/replacement, thoracotomy (lung procedures), pericardial window, and mediastinal surgery, with 1 case per weekend. Credentialing timeframe 60-90 days; EMR is EPIC. Must be Board Certified in Cardiothoracic Surgery with BLS, ACLS, and ATLS. AMN Healthcare provides malpractice insurance arrangements and handles travel, lodging, and transportation needs.
