Job Summary
Conduct 16-17 daily encounters and 8-10 night shifts at Saint Mary's Hospital, a Level II Trauma and STEMI center in Waterbury, CT. Manage care for 300-bed facility patients using Epic EMR within a closed ICU environment. Board eligible or certified physicians are sought, with a preference for current CT state licensure and academic setting experience with residents. Schedule includes full-time or part-time rotation with an estimated annual base compensation of $275,000–$900,000, plus an up to $50K sign-on bonus and profit distribution opportunities.
