Job Summary
Conduct nocturnal coverage for an 185-bed hospital with 16 ICU beds, managing an average of 10 admits per night. Provide care in a Chest Pain, Stroke, and STEMI Receiving Center with onsite labs and imaging, utilizing sub-specialty backup as needed. No procedures required unless desired. Board eligible or certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physicians are sought; current VA state license and academic setting experience with residents are plus factors. Located in Midlothian, VA.
