Job Summary
Transplant Hepatology physician needed to join academic gastroenterology/hepatology team; provide transplant care to patients with end-stage liver disease and manage pre- and post-transplant care within a busy advanced liver disease practice. Role involves participation in education and research, teaching Internal Medicine/GI residents and fellows, presenting at departmental meetings, and involvement in clinical research with potential Masters in Clinical Research pathway. Essential procedures include upper endoscopy, colonoscopy, and liver biopsies; work within a dynamic multidisciplinary team on quality assurance initiatives and education within Banner University Medical Center Phoenix.
Required Qualifications
- BC/BE Hepatology
- Training in GI and Transplant Hepatology Fellowship required
- AZ medical license (or eligible to obtain)
