Job Summary
Physician-led Hematology/Oncology role in Grand Rapids focusing on direct patient care within a comprehensive, multidisciplinary oncology service line. Responsibilities include providing direct patient care, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, teaching and mentoring, documenting in Epic EMR, engaging in quality improvement, and supporting community health efforts. Must have fellowship training, board certification/eligibility with certification within five years, and an active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain) plus DEA and BLS.

- Fellowship training required
- Physicians: shall be board certified in an appropriate area of clinical practice or is board eligible and will become board certified within five years following the Start Date
- Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA license
- BLS certification (must be maintained)
