Job Summary
Round with patients and respond to consults as required during business hours at Banner University Medical Center - Phoenix. Manage inpatient cases within a multidisciplinary team that includes fully staffed APP support. Address overnight consult requests early the next day while remaining available for calls originating from the hospital or team. This role offers a 7 on/7 off schedule with no outpatient responsibilities. The position provides access to clinical trials, new investigative therapies, and supportive services including palliative care and genetic counseling. Candidates must be board certified or eligible in Hematology/Oncology, Medical Oncology, or Hematology.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology, Medical Oncology, or Hematology
- Hematology/Oncology practice with an interest in inpatient service and an opportunity to subspecialize
- Accepting experienced and new graduates
- Accepting H1B & J1 Visa Applicants
Desired Qualifications
- Interest in clinical research preferred
