Job Summary
Medical Oncologist with thoracic focus sought to join Banner MD Anderson Cancer Center in Gilbert, AZ. The role emphasizes a team-based, multidisciplinary approach to thoracic cancer with access to clinical trials and new therapies. Responsibilities include clinical care of oncology patients, participation in education and medical training, and engagement in research and trial activities within a growing program. The candidate should have board certification or eligibility in Medical Oncology or Hematology/Oncology, with a preference for thoracic oncology expertise and a strong interest in clinical research and education. Required Qualifications
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Medical Oncology or Hematology/Oncology
- Preference for medical oncology with interest and/or expertise in the management of thoracic cancer
- Strong interest in clinical research and medical education
- Ability and desire to support a growing team and align with the needs of the program
- Leadership experience a plus, but not required
