Job Summary
Hematology/Oncology physician to join a collaborative group of 7 physicians and 7 advanced practice providers at M Health Fairview Cancer Center – Edina. Openings: 1.0 FTE (flexible schedule) with shared inpatient rounding responsibilities. Practice supports participation in leading-edge clinical trials, tumor boards, and quality improvement committees. Affiliated with the University of Minnesota and integrated with EPIC. Located in Fairview Southdale Physicians Building; Edina, MN. Requires fellowship training in Hematology/Oncology with ABMS/AOA board eligibility or certification, Minnesota medical licensure (or ability to obtain), and DEA certification; credentialing/privileges process ongoing.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited ACGME Hematology/Oncology fellowship-training program
- Board eligible/certified in Hematology and Oncology with the ABMS or AOA
- Minnesota Board of Medical Practice licensure or ability to obtain
- DEA certification for the State of Minnesota
- Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges
Desired Qualifications
- Fellowship-training in Hematology/Oncology (ACGME)
- Board eligible or board certified in Hematology and Oncology (ABMS or AOA)
- Minnesota medical licensure or ability to obtain
- DEA certification for Minnesota
- Ability to credential and privileges
