Job Summary
Provide Gynecologic Oncology care as part of a multidisciplinary team at St. Mary’s Regional Hospital in Grand Junction, CO, addressing regional unmet patient need with care close to home. The role supports OB/GYN, Medical and Radiation Oncology teams with a Nurse Navigator, MA, and administrative leadership to ensure quality patient experience. The position offers a four-day clinical week with protected OR time and outpatient clinic time, a call burden of 10 shifts per month plus phone calls from home in collaboration with a Denver-based Gynecologic Oncologist, plus a $25,000 starting bonus, up to $20,000 in relocation assistance, and potential $100,000 in student loan repayment when applicable. The successful candidate will be able to obtain or hold an active Colorado medical license, full prescriptive authority and DEA, and will complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process. Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
- Residency training in Obstetrics & Gynecology
- Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics & Gynecology - Oncology
- Active, unobstructed Colorado medical license, or the ability to obtain one
- Full prescriptive authority and an active DEA, or the ability to obtain one
- Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process
