Job Summary
Conduct adult and pediatric care for patients across all centers in the Staten Island Region, including minor procedures like sutures and casts, EKG interpretation, and reading X-rays. Float to any location within the region as needed. Provide care in an urgent care setting equipped with imaging, labs, and advanced EMR, supported by on-site staff for vitals and documentation. Requires Board Certification in Family Medicine, Med-Peds, or Emergency Medicine with 1-2 years of experience treating patients aged 6 months and older.
Required Qualifications
- Physician - Per Diem (M.D./D.O)
- BC in Family Medicine, Med-Peds or Emergency Medicine
- 1-2 yrs. of experience in either an urgent care or emergency room setting treating all ages (6 months and older)
- Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.)
- Comfortable reading EKGs
- Comfortable reading X-rays
- Per diem Physicians will be required to float to all centers in the Staten Island Region
