Job Summary
Conduct adult and pediatric urgent care services across Danbury, Fairfield, Brookfield, Stamford, Norwalk, and other centers in the New York City metro area and Long Island. Perform minor procedures including sutures, casts, and splints, while reading EKGs and X-rays. Utilize advanced imaging, labs, and the ECW EMR within state-of-the-art facilities supported by on-site Rad Techs, Medical Assistants, and Scribes. Requires board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine with 1-2 years of experience treating patients aged 6 months and older.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine
- 1-2 yrs. of experience in either an urgent care or emergency room setting treating all ages (6 months and older)
- Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.), reading EKGs and X-rays
- Willing to float around to the following centers for their scheduled shifts: Danbury, Fairfield, Brookfield, Stamford, Norwalk
