Job Summary
Provide direct patient care in geriatrics as part of Trinity Health Medical Group, Geriatrics in Grand Rapids, MI. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, engage in teaching and mentoring of residents, medical students, and fellows, document in Epic EMR, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and support community health efforts. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with home call only. Teaching opportunities are available. Location is Grand Rapids, MI with full-time 1.0 FTE. Open to new grads with geriatrics fellowship training or experienced Internal Medicine/Family Medicine candidates. Requires board certification or eligibility with intent to become board certified within five years, active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain), DEA license, and BLS certification.
