Job Summary
Physician sought for Geriatrics in Grand Rapids, MI, 1.0 FTE. Responsibilities include providing direct patient care across home-based, facility-based, and outpatient settings; teaching residents, medical students, and fellows; collaborating with multidisciplinary teams; documenting in Epic EMR; engaging in quality improvement; and supporting community health efforts. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with shared home call. Requires board certification or eligibility, Michigan license, DEA license, and BLS. Preference for geriatrics fellowship training or internal medicine/family medicine experience. Includes relocation assistance and starting bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Active Michigan medical license
- DEA license
- BLS certification
- Board certified in an appropriate area of clinical practice or board eligible and will become board certified within five years
- Geriatrics fellowship training or internal medicine/family medicine experience
