Job Summary
Physician with a geriatrics focus to join Trinity Health Medical Group in Grand Rapids, MI. Provide direct patient care across home-based, facility-based, and outpatient clinic settings while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Engage in teaching and mentoring of residents, medical students, and fellows; document in Epic EMR; participate in quality improvement initiatives; and support community health efforts. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with shared call (home call). Required Qualifications
- Board certification (or board eligible) in geriatrics, internal medicine, or family medicine
- Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA license
- BLS certification (must be maintained)
- Epic EMR experience (or willingness to learn)
- Teaching opportunities with residents, medical students, and fellows
