Job Summary
Physician - Geriatrics in Grand Rapids, MI. Provide direct patient care to geriatric patients across home-based, facility-based, and outpatient settings. Join a physician-led team with teaching opportunities for residents, medical students, and fellows. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, document in Epic EMR, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and support community health. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with home call shared among providers. Requires board certification or eligibility in geriatrics (or internal medicine/family medicine) and an active medical license with DEA and BLS (maintained). Located in Trinity Health Medical Group’s Grand Rapids Geriatrics program with competitive compensation, starting bonus, and relocation assistance.
Required Qualifications
- Board certified in geriatrics or related area of clinical practice or board eligible with plan to become board certified within five years
- Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA license
- BLS certification (must be maintained)
