Job Summary
Physician in Geriatrics with Trinity Health Medical Group is responsible for providing direct patient care across home-based, facility-based, and outpatient settings. The role includes teaching residents, medical students, and fellows; collaborating with multidisciplinary teams; documenting in Epic EMR; engaging in quality improvement initiatives; and supporting community health efforts. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with home call shared among providers. Open to new graduates with geriatrics fellowship training or experienced Internal Medicine/Family Medicine candidates.
Required Qualifications
- Open to new grads with geriatrics fellowship training or experienced Internal Medicine/Family Medicine candidates
- Board certified in an appropriate area of clinical practice or board eligible with plan to become board certified within five years
- Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA license
- BLS certification (must be maintained)
