Job Summary
Physician needed in Geriatrics to join Trinity Health Medical Group in Grand Rapids, MI. Day-to-day duties include providing direct patient care across home-based, facility-based, and outpatient clinic settings, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, teaching and mentoring residents/medical students/fellows, documenting in Epic EMR, engaging in quality improvement, and supporting community health efforts. The role offers teaching opportunities, a 1.0 FTE schedule (M-F, 8am-5pm, with shared home call), and relocation assistance as part of a competitive compensation and benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Board certified in geriatrics or board eligible in an appropriate clinical area (Internal Medicine/Family Medicine)
- Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA license
- BLS certification (must be maintained)
- Teaching and mentoring of residents, medical students, and fellows is anticipated
