Job Summary
General Cardiologist to join Michigan Heart Cardiology at the Ann Arbor Campus. Inpatient and outpatient cardiology care with emphasis on heart failure, echocardiography, and outpatient arrhythmia monitoring; level 2 echocardiography training required; interest in Heart Failure and/or Cardiac MRI preferred; leadership development in a community hospital heart failure program with CHF clinic and device-related monitoring systems; collaboration with advanced heart failure centers for LVAD and cardiac transplant patients; participation in pharmacological/device-related heart failure research; teaching responsibilities for residents, medical students, and fellows; Epic EMR documentation and quality improvement involvement.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible Cardiologist
- Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA license
- BLS certification (must be maintained)/ ACLS/BLS certification (must be maintained)
