Job Summary
Diagnose and treat gastrointestinal disorders; perform endoscopic procedures such as colonoscopies, upper endoscopies, and sigmoidoscopies; evaluate patients' health status by interpreting medical history and diagnostic test results; consult with patients to explain diagnoses and discuss treatment options; develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients; collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including surgeons, radiologists, and oncologists, to manage patient care; document and maintain accurate patient records, treatment plans, and progress reports.
