The role focuses on outpatient gastroenterology with a strong referral base and a busy practice, limited inpatient admissions by 24/7 in‐house hospitalists, and a cap on call at 1:6. Opportunities include teaching medical students and residents, collaboration with Marian University College of Osteopathic Medicine, and potential moonlighting within the Ascension system. Located in Kokomo, Indiana, the position involves Monday–Friday schedule in a hospital/clinic setting within a large Ascension Medical Group. EMR: Athena; emphasis on growing a large outpatient referral base with minimal GI competition and inpatient consults aligned to the outpatient schedule.
