Job Summary
Gastroenterologist sought to join Ascension Medical Group in Kokomo, IN. Primary focus is outpatient GI care in a busy practice with a large employer-based referral base; inpatient load managed by 24/7 hospitalists, with call capped at 1:6. Teaching opportunities with medical students and residents, and collaboration with Marian University College of Osteopathic Medicine. Opportunity to participate in moonlighting within the system and to shadow/work at a flagship quaternary referral campus. EMR: Athena. Required Qualifications
- BC/BE Gastroenterologist
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
- outpatient-focused gastroenterology practice with minimal inpatient load
- availability for teaching medical students and residents
- ability to work with hospitalists for inpatient admissions
