Job Summary
Provide comprehensive care for patients with liver diseases, including hepatitis, cirrhosis, fatty liver disease, and autoimmune liver conditions. Collaborate with gastroenterologists, transplant teams, and other specialists across the UPMC network. Participate in clinical research, education, and quality improvement initiatives while engaging in multidisciplinary case reviews and contributing to service line development. An optional academic appointment through UPMC's affiliated medical schools is available. Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Eligible for medical licensure in Pennsylvania
Desired Qualifications
- Board certification or eligibility in Gastroenterology with fellowship training in Hepatology preferred
