Physician - Family Practice

Provide and manage direct patient care, including physical examinations, evaluations, assessments, diagnoses, and treatment for a specified adult patient population. Prescribe medications, administer immunizations, and provide personalized health and wellness advice on diet, activity, and disease prevention. Monitor patient conditions and progress, re-evaluate treatments, and explain procedures or test results. Refer patients to specialists as needed and direct nursing and support staff activities. Manage daily operations of specific medical programs or patient care units while following departmental policies and safety standards. Participate in health promotion and prevention programs. Requires three years of directly related experience, current Colorado licensure, DEA certification, and board eligibility. Salary ranges from $250,000 to $350,000 USD annually.
