Job Summary
Outpatient Family Medicine physician position in Wheatland, WY attached to Platte County Hospital, providing comprehensive family medicine care to patients of all ages. Work schedule typically Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with a 4-day option, and a manageable patient volume of 14–18 per day. No clinic calls required; optional ED or hospitalist coverage available for variety. Team includes MA support, RN, and front desk leadership; access to a full range of specialties. Candidate must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine and comfortable caring for all ages in a community-focused setting. Compensation includes base salary of $290,000, $60,000 sign-on/relocation bonus, $100,000 loan repayment through Banner Health (NHSC program), up to $18,000 resident stipend, retention bonus, CME and malpractice coverage, and comprehensive benefits within an HRSA-designated site (HPSA 12).
