Job Summary
Provide whole-person, patient-centered care in outpatient integrative medicine settings alongside residents, fellows, and multidisciplinary faculty. Dedicate 0.2 FTE to teaching at the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine while engaging in research and professional development in integrative health care. Maintain DEA registration with prescriptive authority and active CPR, BLS, and ACLS certifications. Work a full-time schedule of 36 hours of patient-facing time across a 4.5-day week. Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- eligibility for licensure in the state of Arizona
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Desired Qualifications
- Fellowship training, certification, or significant coursework in Integrative, Lifestyle or Functional Medicine
- Strong interest and/or experience in whole person patient care, lifestyle medicine, preventive medicine, and wellness
