Board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine physician with Surgical Obstetrics training to join Banner Health in Torrington, WY. 36 hours of patient contact weekly, $325K base salary, $100K educational loan repayment eligibility (PSLF), $60K sign-on/relocation bonus, and retention bonus.
