Job Summary
Full-time Family Medicine Physician for Trinity Health Medical Group, Primary Care in Whitehall, MI. Outpatient department with a collaborative care team (2 physicians, 1 PA, 1 NP) in a rural setting; Monday–Friday, 7:30am–5:00pm; 4–4.5 in-office days per week with one flexible day off. Opportunities to teach residents, medical students, and fellows; on-site access to lab, urgent care, life counseling, and rehabilitation services. Required Qualifications
- Board certification or board-eligible with intent to board certify within 2 years
- State of Michigan medical license required at time of employment
- DEA license
