Job Summary
Full-time Family Medicine Physician to join Trinity Health Medical Group, Primary Care - Whitehall in Whitehall, MI. Outpatient rural setting with a collaborative care team (2 physicians, 1 PA, 1 NP) and on-site access to lab, urgent care, life counseling, and rehabilitation services. Office hours are Monday–Friday, 7:30am–5:00pm, with a 4–4.5 day workweek and options for taking Friday or Tuesday off. Opportunities to teach residents, medical students, and fellows. Required Qualifications
- Board certified in Family Medicine or Board eligible with plan to become board certified within 2 years
- State of Michigan medical license at time of employment
- DEA license
- BLS Certification and maintain recertification
