Job Summary
Full-time Family Medicine Physician needed in Whitehall, MI for outpatient care in a rural setting. Work with a collaborative care team (2 physicians, 1 physician assistant, 1 nurse practitioner) and provide full-spectrum family medicine with opportunities to teach residents, medical students, and fellows. Schedule includes 4-4.5 in-office days with one weekday off; on-site access to lab, urgent care, life counseling, and rehabilitation services. Relocation assistance, malpractice tail, CME/licensure support, and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.
Required Qualifications
- Board certified in Family Medicine or board eligible and will become board certified within 2 years
- State of Michigan medical license required at time of employment
- DEA license
- BLS Certification and maintain recertification
