Job Summary
Outpatient Family Medicine physician sought for Trinity Health Medical Group in Whitehall, MI. Join a collaborative care team with 2 physicians, 1 physician assistant and 1 nurse practitioner in a full-time, in-office schedule (4-4.5 days in clinic with one Friday or Tuesday off). Opportunities to teach residents, medical students and fellows; on-site access to lab, urgent care, life counseling and rehabilitation services; unscripted call rotation with nearby clinics; comprehensive benefits including relocation assistance, malpractice tail coverage, CME funds, licensure support, and retirement plan. Requires board certification or eligibility with plans to achieve board certification within 2 years; Michigan license and DEA; BLS cert maintained. Required Qualifications
- Board certified in Family Medicine or board eligible and will become board certified within 2 years of becoming board eligible
- State of Michigan license required at time of employment
- DEA license
- BLS Certification and maintain recertification
