Job Summary
Board-certified physicians in Family Medicine (or Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or OB/GYN) are sought for a fully remote telemedicine role in West Virginia. Conduct video-based, non-emergency appointments across the state, including primary care, urgent care, women's health, and obesity/chronic disease management, with treatment plans guided by current clinical guidelines and documented via EHR. Collaborate remotely with other clinicians to deliver coordinated care and stay current with telehealth standards. The role supports flexible scheduling and statewide telemedicine delivery, with licensing support and competitive compensation starting around $210,000 annually plus potential bonuses. Requires MD/DO with board certification and WV licensure eligibility; multi-state licensure is beneficial; telemedicine experience is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO with board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or OB/GYN
- ABOM certification is a plus
- Licensed in multiple U.S. states (ideally including CA, TX, or IL)
- Comfortable using digital platforms and practicing in a fully remote environment
- Excellent communicator who connects easily with patients virtually
