Job Summary
Telemedicine Family Medicine physician role in Arizona; fully remote statewide. Conduct video-based appointments for non-emergency issues, managing primary care, urgent care, men’s and women’s health, and chronic conditions. Collaborate remotely with other clinicians, design personalized treatment plans, and document encounters using EHR tools for follow-up and prescriptions. Requires MD or DO with board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or OB/GYN; AZ licensure with ability to practice remotely across the state; comfortable using digital platforms and delivering high-quality virtual care.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO with board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or OB/GYN
- ABOM certification is a plus
- Licensed in multiple U.S. states (ideally including CA, TX, or IL)
- Comfortable using digital platforms and practicing in a fully remote environment
