Job Summary
Telemedicine physician role for Family Medicine in Alabama, board-certified MD or DO, to provide video-based primary care and related services across the state. Responsibilities include conducting non-emergency video visits, managing internal medicine and related areas (urgent care, gynecology, obesity care), designing treatment plans, documenting encounters in an EHR, and collaborating remotely with other clinicians. Requires comfort with fully remote practice, state licensing support, and a flexible schedule; offers remote work within Alabama, licensing support through the IMLC, and competitive salary with benefits.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO with board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or OB/GYN
- Licensed to practice in Alabama (and eligible for licensure in other states)
- Comfortable using digital platforms and practicing in a fully remote environment
