Job Summary
Conduct outpatient Family Medicine for a small-town population of 15,000, utilizing a "Low Call" model with a 1-in-13 light rotation that includes patients from the clinic and a local nursing home. Function as a backup for nursing home coverage gaps while admitting patients to the attached 24-bed CAH facility. Operate within a multi-specialty group of three physicians and nurse practitioners, using Epic EMR for documentation. Serve a service area featuring prime lake and recreation opportunities, with a base compensation of $345,449 plus potential bonuses. Required Qualifications
- Family Medicine licensure/certification
- Family Medicine - Outpatient Only
- BC/BE
- EPIC EMR
- No OB
- Valid legal right to work in the United States
- Completion of post-offer screenings
- Verification of applicable licensure, certifications, education, and experience
- Passing of background checks including criminal, urine drug screen and MVR where required
