Perform typical primary care procedures for 18-24 patients daily in an outpatient setting. Manage a caseload of 36 hours per week with one support staff member per provider. Maintain board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, hold a DEA certificate, and possess CA licensure or the ability to obtain it. Complete required board exams and maintain exceptional communication skills. Receive a two-year salary guarantee of $270,000 to $380,000 annually, plus free medical, dental, and vision coverage, a CME stipend, and malpractice insurance.
