Physician - Family Medicine Residency Program - Associate Director

Lead residency program operations, curriculum development, faculty recruitment, and accreditation compliance while fostering a supportive, academically rigorous environment for resident learning. Collaborate closely with the University of New Mexico School of Medicine, Christus St. Vincent leadership, and community partners to advance program goals and champion community-based, rural-focused training addressing health equity and workforce development in northern New Mexico. Assist the program director in overseeing the unique 1+2 residency structure where residents transition from UNM to Christus St. Vincent's primary clinical site, our Level III trauma center.
