Job Summary
Family Medicine physician needed to join Providence Medical Group in Hillsboro, OR. Role features full-time, 36 direct-patient contact hours per week in a well-established medical home with integrated care services (behavioral health, clinical pharmacy, diabetic educators, case management, and RN support). On-site lab, x-ray, urgent care, and physical therapy; 1:1 medical assistant support; call schedule of 1:8 (phone only); 2-year guaranteed salary with bonus, signing bonus, and relocation assistance; CME funds and days. Portland-area community with clinical and operational support from Providence programs and a broad network of clinics.
